Apartment Locating Service


Let me help you find an apartment and in return I'll give you a rebate.

Rent rebates are based on the referral fee that is paid from the apartment complex.  Some complexes pay locators a full months rent, some may pay half, it varies on the type of lease you sign.  If the apartment pays a half months rent then the rebate would be smaller than that of a full months rent.

You can call about this service at any time, however if you want to send us an email we will need to know the following information to allow us to assist you better:

  3. Approximate size you are looking for
  4. The maximum price in rent you have considered
  5. The neighborhood or area you wish to live in
  6. and any other options, like wood floors, washer/dryer, pets, etc.
